- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation:Combine the seasonings and oil to form a paste, adding more oil if needed. Rub all over the chicken breasts; place in a food storage bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Grill or broil the chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Chicken is done when juices run clear when pricked with a fork.
1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips, melted and cooled
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar. Blend in melted margarine. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan.
In another bowl, combine the strawberries with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar; set aside.
For the filling: Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk until combined. Add vanilla and eggs. Divide this mixture in half. Add the melted chocolate to one half of the mixture. Pour this (the chocolate batter) into the crust lined pan. Add the strawberry and sugar mixture to the remaining batter. Spoon over the chocolate filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for half an hour. Remove sides of the pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Garnish with strawberry halves.

THIS MAN SURE HAS A GOOD VIEW OF WHAT'S HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY!
Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbors’ possessions and called it ambition. We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression. We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment. Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Amen!

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (Microwaveable)
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well..
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT ! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because, now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Are you interested in writing? There are plans in the future for a Church magazine. There will be a need for those with special interests. It you are interested let Pastor Johnson know. We can use recipes, articles on special interests, Christian articles. It is my hope that we can make people feel good about our Church -- preaching for food

God has been so good to everyone here at Randall. We have seen miracles happen in peoples lives. God has extended his hand to all of us and given us the gift of His peace. There is no way any of us deserve this, God in his love has cast all fear. We thank and praise him. -- preaching for food

Today was a day of blessing for the people of St. Peter Lutheran Church of Randall, Mn. Almost 100 people enjoyed a wonderful Easter Breakfast prepared by the women of the Church. Then we had a Worship service which had great music provided by the Choir under the leadership of Laurie Venske. The Church was filled with the celebration voices of the congregation as everyone sang praises to our Lord. God truly annointed his word as it went into all our hearts today. -- preaching for food
